New Product - EXE Lodestar
EXE-Lodestar is a Direct control electric chain hoist for lifting applications in full safety. Based on Lodestar mechanics with the addition of sophisticated EXE control electronics, this is the most complete and high-performance chain hoist available today, responding to the stringent criteria of BGV-C1 regulation.

It is available in two versions, Motion and Action.





Main Characteristics


  • EXE650C1 is easy to install and use. It doesn't require a dedicated controller, and is "Plug & Lift" - unpack it and it's immediately operational.
  • EXE650C1 is CE certified (following the new machine regulations), conforms to the German BGV-C1 standard and is TÜV Class 3 certified following EN 954-1 regulations.
  • EXE650C1 can operate as a single chain hoist, or in combined mode when connected to other EXE hoists, but furthermore it can be used in synchronous (Action) mode with the addition of a special external control unit – the DataLogger.
  • The electronic safety system automatically blocks the hoist if there's a surcharge or undercharge, if there are anomalies in the power supply, if a load movement error occurs or if there's an internal fault. The concept of safety and security intrinsic to design of the EXE650C1 means that if electrical power is missing, if the hoist is blocked or the emergency stop mechanism is activated, the hoist will automatically activate mechanisms to ensure it's in the safest possible state: the double brake is applied and all electronics are powered down to prevent incorrect or involuntary movement of the hoist.
  • Connection to other EXE hoists via bus or using the DataLogger unit which allows the control and synchonisation of up to 12 EXE Action chain hoists.
  • Temporary D8 mode operation to allow maintenance or emergency operation of the hoist.
